also:

slippers with shoe bottoms that you can go anywhere in are great, especially when your friends convince you to hang out at midnight when you're already wearing them and don't feel like taking them off. racking up 80 points in scrabble in three turns and kicking two english majors' asses at it is also very great.

nasty beer that tastes like soy sauce is not great. having class in 4.5 hours when i haven't slept kinda sucks too.
